Our events aim to bond your team by having them learn about coffee, tea and other drinks as a group. Trivia and games will have them engaged throughout the session and they’ll leave with knowledge on how to brew drinks at home.
We have three unique offerings, depending on how coffee focused your team is:

7-10 guests to setup delivery in a city, multiple cities can be added in Canada for larger groups
We have a format already setup to provide the zoom link. For companies that need to provide their own links for security we can work with you but we ask that this be setup and finalized 7 days before the event.
For successful delivery of cities of 10+ guests, we ask that the group organizer provide the name and addresses of the delivery guests 2 weeks before the date. This helps identify some guests that are actually in outlying areas as well as set up delivery with our coffee production partners.
The event lasts 1 hour but as groups often have so much fun, we allow an extra 30 minutes for each event.
We work with the group organizer to identify whether the day before of the day of the event are best. Rule of thumb, the week before the event to ensure if multiple delivery attempts are needed guests receive supplies before the event. Please refrigerate all delivered drinks, to maintain freshness.
