How does Siply work

First download the app for iPhone or Android, then use it to browse for information on the best coffee shops in town. Subscribe to a plan in the app and you’ll unlock savings on your drinks as well as exclusive offers.

What drinks are included?

It most definitely varies depending on the coffee shop. The best way to find out is to look at the menu inside the app for each store.

Is food included in Siply?
At the moment we’re not including food in Siply. But you can still buy food at the coffee shops the way you usually would.
Do I need an internet connection to use Siply?
Yes. Siply requires either a Wifi or mobile data connection to work. Almost all of our coffee shops have free Wifi and several are also covered by the #TELUS free wifi network across Vancouver.
What happens if I don't use all my credits each month?

Depending on your plan, there are credits that roll over to the next month. Anything over that amount is lost.

What payment methods are there?
You can pay for Siply using Apple pay, Android pay, Stripe and regular credit cards.
What is the refund policy for Siply?

If you feel you’ve had a bad experience at a coffee shop then we’ll happily refund the tokens you used. Please contact us here and we’ll make it right, we promise!
If at any point you want to cancel your subscription you can do so in the app  or contact us if you want to cancel at any point mid-subscription.
